Tumblr Renovations.

I have never really understood what my style would be filed under. That’s why when I first made this blog, it was primarily a hipster/indie/boho blog. It was right after I withdrew from Sacramento State and I was feeling like a hobo and somehow becoming very in touch with my inner hippie made me feel better about myself. I turned into this somewhat badass college dropout and everything creative I had always wanted to wear but was too chicken to try got pulled out of the back of my closet. 

Then it turned summer and I realized that I am no longer just a college dropout. I am enrolled at University of La Verne and begin in the fall. I’m just a student on summer vacation! Suddenly my head was filled with thoughts of classes and new people and actually having something to dress up for, and I changed my blog to all things preppy. But this isn’t entirely me, particularly now when I spend all my time in a McDonald’s uniform or gym clothes and rarely need to dress nicely. Also I am broke as hell. It happens. Welcome to college.

So, in an effort to make this tumblr project more me, this is just a style blog. Like, my style that doesn’t always fit a category. And I’m excited. That is all.

Found the most perfect dress

yesterday at this awesome little store where everything is amazing and cheap. It could have been Lilly if you didn’t know any better (even though I know you all do) and let’s be honest, it looked fabulous on me. AND IT WAS ONLY $8. EXCUSE ME WHILE I GO INTO CARDIAC ARREST.

But it was a little too tight and they only carried XS/S. My sadness will never end.
